The Pacific Madrona stands guard along rocky shorelines with distinctive rust-redand brown papery bark that peels away to expose a lime green smooth interior. The trunks lean in to the wind, twisting and turning to make each tree unique.
Materials and Techniques: Hand dyed cotton fabrics machine pieced, silk dupioni reverse appliquéd, hand stitched and hand quilted.
