Today we took down the Fiber Fusion exhibition at the Schack Art Center.  After 2 years of planning, organizing and putting on the multiple-venue traveling exhibition, I admit I’m breathing a sigh of relief, looking forward to getting more time back to my art.  The big news is that on the second to last day of the exhibition, I was called that one of my pieces, “Madronna 2” has sold!  I’m thrilled that this piece has found a new home.

So, what’s next on my plate?  I’ve got several new pieces in the works… a new large horse piece, a series inspired by a musical number, some goldwork embroidery and more.  Tune in soon for an update!
